How to Help

The Union and West End Cemetery Association encourages individuals and organizations to volunteer in assisting with the maintenance and preservation of the cemetery.

Assistance is needed and you can help in the following ways:
• Adopt-A-Section — maintain a section on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. (The cemetery can provide required equipment)
• Research — assist with historical research or cemetery database entry.
• Organizations — The cemetery association can accommodate 10 to 12 members wishing to volunteer for a specific day or project(s).
• Individuals — Volunteer to help with maintenance of the cemetery grounds on an as available basis.

We are in need of concerned citizens to join our Board of Directors.

Ask yourself, “If not me, then who?”

The Union and West End Cemetery Association has been designated by the Internal Revenue Service Code as a 501(c)(13) non-profit cemetery association. Contributions are tax-deductible as provided by law.

Contributions are solicited for the maintenance and operation of the cemetery.
Bequests are also welcome for the permanent Endowment Fund to help assure the future of the Union and West End Cemetery. The Endowment Fund was established in 1999.

To ensure the continuation and expansion of our educational programs and preserve the history of the cemetery, the Union and West End Cemetery Association seeks financial support from our lot owners, individuals, community partners, and foundations.
